The Process

We design, manufacture and install garden room solutions to individual specifications

Site Survey

Book a suitable date and time for us to visit the site and discuss with you your garden room needs. During a site survey we will superimpose an image of similar chosen garden room in your garden location so that you can see exactly what it will look like. This will help you decide sizing, scale and colour.

Design process

Upon agreement of size and location of your garden room We will create a 3D impression of your garden room showing all elevations window and door types and positions along with external paint and tile colour choices. We have a good selection of external paint and roof tile colours for you to chose from.

Prior to manufacture we will then submit a full scaled set of plans for your approval and verification prior to factory fabrication. This gives you the time and option to make sure your building will be made to suit your location and exact requirements.

Your approved set of plans will go to our factory and be assigned to our carpentry team who will produce the building in 2 man manageable pre fabricated sections as a kit that can be assembled on site.

This will arrive without the need for large lorries, cranes or specialised lifting gear.
If there is restricted access to your garden we will manufacture the sections to a size which makes access possible, even if this is through your property.

Similarly the garden room can be deconstructed if you ever wanted to take it with you if you move.

Once the factory fabrication is completed your garden room will be spray painted in our spray shop to the colour requested including windows and doors inside and out.
This gives the paint a very professional smooth texture (no brush strokes or thin spots).

Planning Service

We have extentsive experience with planning applications.

Should your garden room require planning permission we will act as agents on your behalf running the planning application along side our production schedule.
We produce all relevant documents and drawings for the application. It normally takes 10-12 weeks pending planning authority. If for any reason planning in not granted your 50% order deposit is refunded to you in full.

Ground Works

We prefer to install a solid concrete base to the complete footprint of your garden room rather than elevated pads favoured by other companies. Primarily a solid concrete base stops rats nesting under the floor, but also ensures against any long term ground movement that could effect the building. However we are also able to erect your garden room on stilts or brick plinths which can be particularly useful in flood areas or sloping sites.
